We will gladly return or exchange items that are in new condition and in their original packaging, with any and all tags attached.
Items returned within 30 DAYS will be returned for full refund minus shipping charges, or exchanged.
Items returned after 30 DAYS will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will reflect the current sale price of the item.
You may choose a Store Credit or Refund to your Credit or Bank Card, for items returned within the 30 day limit.
Shipping charges are never refunded.

INSTRUCTION FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1) Please include a copy of your sale receipt with the return package! It is necessary for us to locate your original order.
2) On a separate piece of paper provide a reason for the return or exchange. If requesting an exchange please provide the following info so that we can get the right item to you. Exchange info: Size, Color, Style Number, etc.
3) We suggest you use a trackable shipping method. Big Al's is not responsible for your package until it's at our door.
4) We will do our best to process your return in a timely manner, but it may take up to 14 days in some instances.
